Space to be real, to soften, to speak, to feel, to not know
Warm, affirming therapy for neurodivergent women & non-binary adults in Brighton & online
You can bring all of you here
Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to make sense of yourself.
Maybe you’ve spent years feeling like you’re too much, not enough, too sensitive, too intense, too emotional, or simply different in ways that other people didn’t seem to understand.
Maybe you’re navigating a late diagnosis, burnout, trauma, anxiety, identity, relationships, or a sense that you’ve lost touch with who you are beneath all the adapting.
Or maybe you’re not even sure what you need yet.
You don’t have to arrive with the right words.
You don’t have to have anything figured out.
You don’t have to leave any parts of yourself at the door.
I offer warm, affirming, trauma-aware therapy where there is space for the difficult things, the tender things, the complicated things- and also the joy, the laughter, the passions, the special interests and the parts of you that deserve to take up space too.
Whatever version of you arrives, whether you're diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring the possibility of neurodivergence, I’ll meet you there.

Hello, I'm Georgia Meredith
Neurodivergent Therapist (she/her)
I was late-diagnosed during my therapy training, which made me feel like I was seeing my life, past, present and future, through a clearer lens. This time was full of enlightenment, sadness, confusion, curiosity and grief. It changed everything. It then became clear to me why I was training to be a therapist, and that I wanted to dedicate my private practice to supporting others like me.
I'm deeply passionate about creating a truly accessible space, ensuring every single client feels seen, understood and prioritised. A space which may even be the first place their neurodivergence and unique way of being is honoured, respected and valued.

I show up as myself to each session, which can sometimes include laughter, sharing in your joy, sitting with you during tender moments, holding hope when it's feeling dim, slowing down and connecting with your body, or even using fidget tools alongside you.
The therapeutic relationship is a deep and soulful connection, and it's a unique thing shared between us. Therapy isn't something that happens to you, but something we build and experience together.

Feels like the right space?
Whether you're new to therapy or returning to it, if something here has resonated with you, I'd love to hear from you.
